I had a great experience with J Hancock plumbing! Clint was the technician who worked on my house. He was very nice and friendly. He did a great job replacing a drain stopper in my tub. He also fixed a major problem we we’re having with our water pressure. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired J Hancock for a toilet and water stopper replacement. My experience with them from beginning to end was fantastic. Our technician was Ryan and he did and outstanding job. The pricing is reasonable and we will be calling them again. I highly recommend them!

Had a hot water heater failure at the house. Water all over the garage. After calling around to the big-name companies for help. I realized real fast price gouging is rampant in the plumbing field in this area. It's actually disgusting the prices they wanted to charge with an attitude. Except for these guys at J Hancock. I talked to Matt and let him know the situation. He shot me straight with a fair price which was a relief. Had a guy out there by 11am and he was done by 1:30 or so. I think his name was Tony. Guy knew his stuff. My family was able to function with hot water that day and I really appreciate it. Thank You.

Amber was great! Efficient, quick, and very friendly. I appreciate her fixing our leak and explaining her work as she went. I’d recommend J Hancock Plumbing to anyone in the Birmingham area.

J Hancock Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment super fast to fix the leak in our rental home. Amber was punctual, efficient, and incredibly personable. If we ever buy a house, we will still be calling J Hancock Plumbing for any plumbing needs! We love our friendly neighborhood plumber, Amber!

My rental company assigned J Hancock Plumbing out to fix my leaking toilet after the maintenance department was unable to. I called Friday and the lady I spoke with was super friendly and got me on the schedule for today (I was expecting a much longer wait). LJ just left and did a fantastic job! He kept me updated every step of the way and was very friendly and professional. He definitely knows his stuff and was just a joy to deal with. If I ever decide to buy another house or have the option of hiring a plumbing company for my rental in the future I would absolutely use them again.

I can’t express the gratitude I have for these guys! All in one day they came to the house inspected what was the problem and then Fixed the problem! My own plumbing company said it would take over a week for things to be taken care of… These guys are my new go to!!

I cannot say enough good things about Hancock Plumbing. You know how when a friend helps you out of a life problem? That's what it felt like when Matt and crew helped resolve a exterior drain pipe underground break. LJ came over to do the initial scoping and treated the issue like it was his own home, going way beyond what you would expect. It brought clarity to what needed to be repaired. Then, he and Shane got after it and had it done in no time. This is hard work they do. I have a lot of respect for them. Pricing was very good! And when Matt saw the urgency of the problem, he made my job a priority. I am beyond happy with Hancock. Gratitude is a better word.
